Me and my husband stayed at this hotel for 2 nights for a weekend break. The hotel was one of the best we have stayed in and we have been to a lot around the world! The rooms were massive with very comfortable beds, flat screen TV, tea/coffee and lovely toiletries in the bathroom. They were clean and well decorated. The staff in the hotel were professional polite and friendly and check in was quick and painless. Breakfast has a good choice with cereals yoghurts breads cheese ham eggs fruit etc it also has a small selection of hot foods such as meat balls and fried potatoes however we did find that these were cold on both mornings but there was plenty of other things to fill us up.
The hotel is close to the main attractions although there is not a great deal to do.
We got the train to Copenhagen which costs £10 per person each way over the Oresund Bridge. It's easy to do and takes about 25-30 minutes. From Central Copenhagen station you can walk about 20 minutes and be in the centre of Copenhagen. We did a sightseeing boat trip which cost about £8. It was ok but was hard to see out the windows as it was raining. There is also a big shopping area.
Back in Malmo we found it very expensive a meal in Lilla Torg which is the famous square cost £45 for one course and one drink each. A pint is approx £6. We looked around and it was hard to find anywhere cheaper to eat. In a cafe two hot chocolates and two small cakes cost £15.
So if you are looking for a nice break away Malmo is a relaxing place to go and this hotel is definitely one of the best. Take lots of money with you though!
