Extremely tight time schedule for arrival and strick rules did not create very service minded image. I arrived direct from the train as I had informed in advance and first comment I got was that I had arrived later than expected (although within the accepted time frame). I did not like the collective areas, such as breakfast room, toilet and shower or the breakfast, that was poor!

Ok, location by the beach and possibility to swim in the sea. Quite a bit to walk to city centre, though.

You have to check in exactly at 3 p.m. if you are early than expected you are not able to use the toilett or to stay at the reception and wait.
If you have kids dont go to this place. The personal working at this place has very low tolerance for children. Furthermore it is not permited to park your car there during the time you are waiting for the rum. It was a very unpleasant and unwellcome place to be. They lack completely a professional and keen attention for the clients.

I was a little bit disappointed on service as there were many rules and trick time tables (for arriving and breakfeast). Room was not cosy, but quite boring and not very sound-proof. Common toilet was besides the main entrance so it was not that comfortable especially during night time. Breakfeast was lousy!

Location was OK especially if you want to swim and there is a bus connection from the centre. Posible to walk to the centre during day time, but in my opinion quite a long distance when dark. Also possible to walk to Sofiero Castle.
