Me, my wife and our 2-year-old kid had a stopover here for one night in July 2010.
My experience with hotels in Sweden are that if we pay 1200 SEK for one double room, the hotel is very good - which was not the reality of this hotel.
It looks a little bit old and worn from the outside, and also from the inside. There was no employee located in the reception, so we had to lift up a telephone lying there - to get an employee to come (this was not only once, but every time we needed help from someone in the reception).
We got a spacious room with a big double bed, and we were satisfied - until we found a lot of hairs on the floor, in the bed, on the table etc. We also found pube hairs in the bathroom.
I complained in the reception, and they told us they had no other rooms left than a smaller room. We tried that, but there were a 120cm bed there (our daughter still sleeps with us, so we had ordered a big double bed). We couldn't sleep in the new room, so we complained again. Funny enough, they had one more room left - which was bigger, and had two single beds put together. Luckily, there also was one extra bed there - so we then could put three beds together (so our daughter didn't have to sleep on the crack between two beds.
The first room we got (the one that wasn't cleaned) was facing to the backyard (we had ordered a quiet room) - but the room we ended up with, was facing to a street with traffic, so there was noise from the traffic all night.
The breakfast was good, and we got 200 SEK in discount (which I think is not enough when we experienced all the problems).
