I spent a three nights in this very classy hotel on business.

Positives:
- Fantastic mix of historical and modern.
- Friendly and helpful staff.
- Buffet breakfast in Cafe de Rasoir.
- Comfortable despite -23 deg C outside.
Negatives:
- Room small.
- WiFi not free and I had to continually reset access point, which I found under the desk, to maintain connection.

This is a stunning hotel - due to the historic lavish interior. The rooms are fairly normal 4* level you would expect at the price. Breakfast is good, staff friendly. Only weakness is no free WiFi which is amazing thee days.

Stayed for one night, and was upgraded to two floor suite which was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was OK. A nice Pub on the backside of the hotel. Still the most obvious memory is the great stairs up from the lobby.

Elite Hotels are in most cases in Sweden an excellent choice and they are in all times well positioned in the city centres, many times in old traditional buildings that have been transformed into tastefully decorated hotels.Knaust is no exception.
Beatiful last century bulding with atmosphere and ambiance.
Small but comfortable single room with excellent bed comfort.
Bathroom with tub is always nice when time to take a bath on holiday. Staff friendly and accomodating.
Breakfast as often crowded in mornings but of ok quality,however scrambled eggs or omelett a disaster...
Good value with the summer-campaign-offers, booked well in advance saves bucks.
