The staff are very nice. If you are looking for modern or luxury though this is not the place for you. Rooms on the level of a Marriott Courtyard. Odd features such as no shower curtain on bath with shower so watch for slippery floors and fall risk.
Exercise facilities a bit disorganized.
Best part is the welcoming staff.

Just back from first trip to CPH which was most enjoyable. Booked into this hotel as it was advertised as 5*, choosing an upgrade to the room. The room we were given first was fine - until upon returning from dinner, we realised we were directly above the nightclub on reception level which was on until 2am. 180 beats per minute throbbing through the room. In this room we had lightbulbs out and had to request an iron from reception to go with the board already in the room. So, room change request number 1. Reception did accommodate the request, but wanted to downgrade the room with no offer of compensation. Upon stating that this was unacceptable, we were given another room, but upon arrival it was a much lower spec than what we paid for (and had a light bulb out) . Room change request number 2 (1am) and after throwing a strop, we were given a very nice, very large room away from the nightclub. Over the next 2 nights we had to request replacements for 2 broken lightbulbs and request glasses delivered to the room after housekeeping had removed them all for cleaning. Also the shower had absolutely no pressure (although the bath did).

Now, I will say that this hotel is in a great location, has good facilities, is clean and the staff - although they must have been fed up with us - were always polite, friendly and eager to address my complaints. However - there is no way that a hotel can call itself 5* with so many basic faults.

Spent a weekend in Copenhagen and this hotel is located in the the city centre. Good base for shopping, eating and partying.

The atmosphere of the hotel is trendy and cool (this is also where the famous stay) yet the staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast offering is above average but priced hereafter (DKK190).

The room (we had a small suite) is modern and stylish albeit a bit small. Poor tv configuration and no music system available. Beds were comfortable (not too soft thank God!) and the bathroom well equipped. Large fitness next door.

We tend to stay at Marriot, but Skt Petri is a good alternative due to the premium location. Just expect some noise from the street in weekends.

Had a room on 7th fllor with balcony and lovely views over the roof tops. Room was extremely comfortable and staff were so friendly and went out of their way to help. I don't think the location could have been better for exploring the city. Great cocktails in the bar too.
