I liked it. It's close to the train station without being shady and quite central. Decoration is nice, modern, light and simple. Rooms may not be too big but I found my single room (3rd floor) to be comfortable, quiet and pleasant. The bathroom is on the small side but not too crowded. Considering the price (which was around 90€ including breakfat, not expensive at all for Copenhagen), I was expecting less confort. Free wi-fi is good and while breakfast is average, breakfast room on the 5th floor is spacious and comfortable. Service is helpful and friendly. Tivoli and Nyhavn and within walking distance, good transport through central train station, a nice pub with awesome Carlsberg beer (City Pub) close by. What else do you need?

I was a little dubious upon booking this hotel as I had seen the photos on this website and mixed reviews, but decided to give it a go in any case. The hotel itself is located within a 10 minute walk from the central station and a little further up the road is City Hall Square and Stroget, so quite central. I arrived way ahead of check-in time but the staff were so helpful throughout my entire stay, a room was quickly cleaned and prepared for me while I waited at Reception and they offered me drinks and snacks at the same time. I stayed in a single room on the first floor and the room itself was comfortable, it was a great base from which to explore Copenhagen from. The bed was comfortable and a good size despite it being a single, the bathroom was quite big with a good shower head and altogether I felt comfortable during my stay here. The staff were the nicest bunch of people I had ever come across in a hotel! They explained things I didn't understand, asked me what I had got up to during the day etc. They just made me feel incredibly welcome and treated me as an individual, rather than 'another' customer. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all types of travellers. The only negative thing I would have to say is that I didn't find the breakfast very filling, finding that not much was on offer.

We had a very nice 2-days stay in this hotel: it is really closed to the Central Station and to the city center, so you can get to the main attaction in a very short time.
Rooms are nice (we had two triple rooms for 6 persons) and confrotable, with two windows and a nice bathroom; maybe it would be better to have fans in the bathroom.
the receprion is 24/7, and the breakfast is good, even if there is not so much choice for sweet items: there are maily salted bites.

Picked this hotel as the pictures and reviews made it sound good. Upon arriving liked the court yard entrance, but once inside found it all very disappointing. The life had seen better days, and the corridor to the room was long and boring. The room could do with updating and the bathroom was horrible, it took ages for the toilet to flush and i didnt feel clean when i used the shower. I felt like i was staying in a youth hostel, and the breakfast was also a let down, with no hot choices, very disappointed, only nice thing was the night manager who was from Wales and was lovely.
