“weekend in copenhagen”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 5 December 2011

Finding the hotel for a weekend isnt easy...
This hotel provides good location very close the CPH central station but the rooms are exceptionally dull and simple and poorly equiped. No Wif-Fi. Very poor beds and as I asked for two extra pillows got the answer they had only one...
Breakfast poor.
But location s great. So if you dont care where and how you sleep. And if you are prepared to pay for location only. This is it.

Room Tip: all rooms have a view of each other. No rooms with a view.

“Basic and clean, nice staff”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 28 November 2011

Basic room, with comfortable beds.Location close to the railway station, which didn´t cause too much disturbance. Music from a nearby nightclub (or whatever) did one night though. Comfortable beds. The bathroom was clean, but a makeover would improve the impression - it was fairly run down. Very nice staff at the reception. Good breakfast selection, we especially appreciated the variety of brown bread.

“Reasonable prices at central location – do not expect more.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 November 2011

I selected the hotel because the price was o.k. Room prices in CPH are outrageous. Location was o.k. were a lot more hotels closer to Central railway station. The hotel is modern but has a feeling of a student dorm. Around the hotel there is a theater and an art exhibition area, also here is a conference building. Big complex with bowling and pool is part of the hotel. No complains but do not expect hotel atmosphere.

“For the sporty type”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 31 October 2011

We stayed in this hotel in May 2011. We stayed there for three nights from Friday till Monday. We chose this hotel based on a recommendation from a colleague. For us it was in a perfect place; very close to Tivoli (great for the whole family), train station (airport connection), downtown (shopping, dining)... and a convenient walking distance from the start and finish line of the Copenhagen Marathon (wife took part in it). DGI is a local sports center with swimming hall (we - rest of the family - were there while my wife ran the marathon :) and all sorts of sporting facilities. Fun for our active family! Hotel itself is a very low key, bare bones, no frills, motel-type affair. We knew that in advance, so it was just what we expected. A bit like an upgraded hostel :)
