We stayed there for one night the weekend before Christmas. The location is decent, about 4 blocks from the metro and about 5 blocks from Nyhavn. There really isn't much of a view unless you upgrade to one of the waterfront rooms. The hotel is right on the harbor facing Christianshavn. Parking is a potential issue. We got there about noon on a Saturday and had to do 3 laps to find a spot on the street (3hr limit during daylight hours, free on Sunday) and one of us had to feed the meter after 3hrs of sightseeing.
The rooms were clean, beds were typical, bathrooms seemed recently redone and nice. Size was the only issue. After a year and a half of living and traveling in Europe this was the first time my wife complained about room size. The bed was a double, against the bathroom wall on one side and with about 1.5ft (0.5m) of space between the bed and the outer wall. So if I needed to get in or out of bed I had to crawl from the foot. Didn't bother me but could be annoying if you have to get up in the middle of the night. There was a small balcony. Again not much of a view.
Breakfast was excellent. Get there before 9 as it fills up, even on Sunday. Service was also excellent. No wifi in the room but free Ethernet cable at the desk. Downside for my room was that made it impossible to access the Internet in bed.
