We had Superior-quality rooms on the 2nd floor, but from my point of view they seemed very average. I think that the hotel staff should really take a look at the bathroom faucets and toilets. Many of them were not working that well because calcium deposits were not cleaned in ages.

Breakfast was typical Danish. A few varieties, but nothing surprising. Service was great!

Location was great! It took only 7 minutes to walk to the nearest metro and about 10 minutes to Ströget. There is also great steak house almost across the street and couple of other restaurants close by.

Dull, expensive, small rooms, poor breakfast, staff nice and helpful.
Walking distance to train station and tivoli.
It's OK if a bit tatty and boring.

I've stayed in this hotel for a couple of days while visiting Copenhagen in January 2012. The hotel is in a great location if you want to visit Copenhagen, just a 5 minutes walk from the lovely Nyhavn. The rooms are a little bit small but all in all the hotel is a clean one and provides a good breakfast (not excellent ok, but this is a 3 star hotel in one of the most expensive cities I've ever visited). The breakfast includes a variety of salty and sweet food, cakes, jams and marmelades, bread, eggs and bacon (thumbs up!!) and some typical danish food that changes every day. Hot Tea/Coffee and a variety of juices and milk chocolate is also available.
In conclusion I'd stay again in this hotel because it's a great price deal considering the expensive city and the great, excellent location of the accomodation.

The hotel is quite average, with a hint of design. Staff was nice and friendly, location is great. Breakfast buffet included bacon, eggs, sausages, fruits, yoghurt, all kinds of bread etc. Free wifi included in room price and worked fast. In the lobby is a computer and a printer (we did check in for our flight). Location is very convenient, to the metro station is 5 min walk.
Cons: our room was stinky, towels smelled musty and beds and pillows were horrible.
