The hotel has a bowling and you can't sleep until the last costumer leaves the bowling. Too much noise!
I called the reception to change the room and was told me to pay double! The receptionist told me that they had the right to stay there. No respect for the guests. If you travel all day and want to sleep, that's not the hotel.

I went with my friend for a girly weekend break. We got there Thursday afternoon having made our way from the airport on the Trains which was very easy. Valby Station is literally a 5 minute walk and goes straight to central station. We were greeted by the man on reception and he was quite happy for us to pay when we checked out.

Breakfast was quite plain but there was enough for what we wanted to start our day. There was a corner shop just over the road which was very friendly so we got our supply of beers and crisps.

Our room was on the main road at the front and you could only hear people talking and traffic when you had the window open. Once shut, the double glazing was great. We found it got a bit hot in the room during the night but other than that, we can't fault the hotel.

All staff were very friendly and the maids polite.

Great location to stay and would recommend it to others.

We were there for 3 nights in early October. It is located near the Valby station, which itself was around 10 minutes away from Copenhagen Central Station by train. This is a decent hotel. Recption staff were very helpful. The breakfast spread was excellent. The hotel is in a quiet but safe neighbourhood. I'll recommend this hotel to my friends.
