As I was there only for a conference I did not actually step out of the hotel the two days we were there. However, it is next to a large shopping centre and a metro stop.
The shuttle bus arrived within ten minutes of requesting it at the Sixt Car Rental desk (instructions about this were provided before travelling).
The check in staff were pleasant and efficient.
The room 19th floor was spectacular, the view and the size of the bed!
Good internet connection which is free if you are using a slow (or restricted) speed. Not sure how they count but I was contected a great deal and never had to pay anything. There is wireless available all over the hotel and connection with phones is also without problem.
Television (large flat screen) had a good range of channels but the on-screen menu of the channels was incomplete and it was only on the second day I discovered there were far more than I first thought.
The food was also excellent in terms of choice and quality. I was very pleasantly surprised by this. The restaurant staff were impeccably turned out, very helpful, polite and pleasant.
Very pleasant areas around the bar to sit and chat. We even had a few impromptu meetings in this area.
There was a small issue with the shuttle bus on the way back to the airport when we felt it had left a minute or two early. The driver insisted that the bus had left on time. It was rather frustrating that after signing up for the bus at reception in the morning the driver was not given a list of the room numbers so that they can check that all are in the bus before it leaves.
The taxi we took cost us relatively little so it was more and inconvenience than a real problem.

Stayed here on business, this is a newish hotel, slightly out of town, but with plenty of transport links to get into the centre of Copenhagen. The hotel is bright and spacious, with a good restaurant and bar and provides a decent cooked breakfast.

I found the rooms light and airy, with plenty of space. Staff spoke several languages fluently and were extremely polite and helpful.

Good wifi signal available throughout the building too. I shall definitely be staying here again.

Shuttle bus we waited for 30 mins, but that is ok, at lest they came :) Good view was given to Us - floor 24 :) Check in stuff friendly, we was given all info about the area and breakfast options. By the way breakfast was awesome :) But very Expensive .... We spent there 3 nights and they where nice. It was good because metro tickets You can buy from reception ( if You buy them in central Copenhagen they are a bit cheaper) .
To be honest the hotel is 5* worth
I will come back for sure :)

Stayed at the Crowne Plaza for a conference. The hotel is situated close to the airport, its a 6 minutes train ride and a few minutes walk. Right next to the hotel you find Fields, the largest mall in Copenhagen. Outside the hotel you have the Metro that will take you to downtown in around 10 minutes time.

I was able to check in 9 am and got a room on a high floor with a view towards the airport. New and modern rooms with comfy beds. They have a very good breakfast buffet and even a guy that made fresh omelettes (which i have only seen in Asia before).

If you are on business in the Ørestad area or a tourist not minding a 10 minutes ride to downtown this is a good choice. This Hotel is often seen on Hotwire if you look for weekend stays.
