Had a stopover and was pleasantly surprised. Had a fantastic breakfast, large rooms and Could borrow bicyckles. Will come back if we go by.

The Scandic Olympic Hotel in Esbjerg was probably constructed in the middle eighties, but it doesn't really look that way.

Obviously rooms and restaurant have been upgraded recently.

Staff are very considerate, and rooms are larger than you'd expect in a Danish Hotel, though still small.

Breakfast nice, with all the options for diabetics and vegetarians.

To say the truth, I've got nothing negative to say about this Hotel - It's nice, centrally located, and the beds are of such quality, that you don't require a Physiotherapist treatment when leaving.

Other than that, it's your typical 3-star, no-frills hotel with no problems.

Good choice in Esbjerg.

Got in late, about 9:30pm and only got 1 beer as bar closed at 10pm, bit early for residents bar?
Room was ok, out the back of the hotel, clean and tidy.
Breakfast was ok, good range of food

Spent two nights here and found the hotel very pleasant. Great value and location. Free parking and wifi.
