TERRIBLE!!!!!! NOT HANDICAP FRIENDLY.... What a NIGHTmare,they expect the family to make 2 seperate lines your disabled loved one goes one way with ONE companion and the rest of you sit in a regular line ....So if your loved one has an emotional handicap, low heat tolerance ,anxiety just explain to then they have to wait 30 minutes or longer to ride..And in every ride someone will treat you different other employees give you a look like they dont know where to put you.It wa AWEFUL I will NEVER go there again THEY need to learn from Disney .....Disney is all about keeping the families together!! Not aggrivating you.....I will tell all FAMILIES with Special Needs Families , DO NOT GO TO LEGOLAND....

We went to Legoland for the weekend holiday as family with 3 kids and were pleasantly surprised by the property in contrast to our expectations on the grounds of the previous reviews. First of all the hotel looks and feels much smaller than other equivalent hotels in the equal type of locations (like Hotel Disneyland near Paris) despite actually being not so small and consist of several wings, some of them being in very peaceful locations.
We stayed in one of the Adventure rooms. The room and the wing were it is located looked very new and fresh and nicely decorated by various lego articles. It actually quite small, but surprisingly well planned and therefore can easily accommodate up to 2 adults and 4 children. Our room was on the first floor and was very quiet and overlooking into the green park.
The hotel is full of fun for kids, with various lego articles and playgrounds all around. The restaurants (they have 2 of them sharing the same kitchen) are really nothing special, but they serve their function very well-no need to keep your children waiting as on of them is buffet and the other one provides quick service.
The two problems found in the hotel: one is absence of air-conditioning in the rooms, that might be a problem during hot summer. Another is that it stays very near to airport runaway and is quite noisy once there is a plane landing of taking off ( in is not a problem of the hotel, but rather a problem of the whole Legoland location).
I believe Legoland is no alternative and after all very nice place to stay if you are travelling to Legoland with children.

We stayed for one night in a pirate suite. Suite is a bit generous .. It was really only a small hotel room, but with bunk beds and pirate theme everywhere the kids loved it, and all the Lego stuff everywhere. The corridor was very smelly though. We couldn't work out if it was urine, damp, vomit or what.. But it was really bad. I mentioned it to the checkout staff who seemed completely oblivious to it or have any interest in fixing it. I stayed here with my family for a 2 days stay +legoland park..
The location of the hotel is perfect; right on the park, with direct access in-and-out all day so that family members conveniently can go take a rest during long days of visiting Legoland.
We did not stayed on the rooms looking to the park. We stayed on the rooms looking to the entrance, which in my opinion had an ok size for a 3 persons family, but definitely not for more than than. If you are looking for a real 4 starts hotel, then you will get deceptionated with this room: old, not good cleaning and smelling bad on toillet, not so say on the furniture that is the same from when the hotel was inaugurated.
Pros from the hotel:
- Free Wi-fi
- Buffet restaurant: elegant and delicious
- Lego treats everywhere! in the room, corridors, etc...
- Fast and efficient check in and out.
Contras:
- Cleaning of the room was bad
- Eventhough we got at 15hrs the key to our room, this one was not ready, we have to wait in the door of the room aditional 15min.
- Toillette had a bad smell coming from the suitage of the shower
- On the first day, before going to the park, we left the sign "please clean my room" at about 9hrs...then by 14hrs we decided to go for a rest in the room, and guess what...the room was not done yet. We changed the signed to "Do not disturb" and by 15hrs when we were returning to the park, there was on the floor a plastic bag containing new towells, paper, etc...what??? were they thinking not to clean?? we informed trhe reception , who apologise and informed that they did not know what was this bag about and that the room will be clean. From the park we returned at 18hrs and guess....no cleaning yet! again I had to go to the reception (as they do not answer the phone) again and ask them to clean. The room was cleaned after 19hrs. Bad for a 4 starts hotel.
- Customer service non..existence: I do not really understand why they do have a telephone in the reception if they never answer....all the times I needed something, I had to go in person there.

Summarising: if you need the perfect location and have small children that need a rest in the middle of the day, then this is the place! otherwise I recomend another hotel.
