Very cheap and with absolutely OK quality. Simple and small rooms but Neat and clean. Expect no luxury, value for money. ask for the quiet rooms towards the backyard.

I stayed here with a friend, whilst visiting another who lived in Aarhus so we always busy. However, I think i would get cabin fever (pardon the pun) if I was having to spend more than time sleeping in this place. To say the rooms are small is an understatement, but it appears this is common knowledge! I think they are overpriced for what they are, essentially a youth hostel NOT a hotel, but with the prices high anywhere in Aarhus i'd probably stay here if with friends again. I wouldn't say this is a terrible place by any means. Just not luxury. The cleaning was superb, new linens every day. This is the budget option, but not that cheap!

Having looked at previous reviews I approached the Cabinn hotel with some trepidation, however once you realise your cat swinging activities may have to be put on hold during your stay it really isn't bad. Tiny rooms but clean and bright with basic amenities (even soap and shower gel) and a clean narrow bed that is a bit like sleeping in a bunk, in fact my room had an upper bunk teetering above my head. The shower is interesting and I can only echo previous guests warning about leaving anything on the floor whilst showering as it gets soaked. Only real downside to my stay was that my bathroon had a distinct whiff of drains. Location great, good micro brewery right next door serving smoked beer, Christmas beer (brown sugar and orange in its makeup) and several other interesting brews. We parked our car by the harbour all night (after 7.00pm it's free). Great meal in a French restaurant called 'Le Coq' (starters 88Kr, mains 188Kr, dessert 88Kr) and only walking distance in fact all the sights of Arhus are within walking distance - Good efficient friendly staff, good wholesome breakfast, in fact apart from the size of rooms - not bad!

There's not too much to say about Cabinn Aarhus other than if you want to stay cheap and in a central location - this is it. The economy rooms and beds are quite small, so if you're bigger than average, you'll probably find the bed too small. The breakfast is standard for cold continental breakfast, no hot dishes. Overall decent hotel for the price.
