very convenient located, clean, stylish, good breakfast = ok for us

In online pictures, the exterior of this hotel appears a bit sketchy, but in person, it looks just fine and inside one pleasantly finds the simple and functional rooms that Scandic is known for. The room was clean and had an old-style yet functional television. Free wireless Internet works well, but is a little slow. There's no air-conditioning, but it's really not needed. The breakfast was pretty good. For the second time at a Scandic hotel during this trip, a wake-up call placed at the front desk never happened. Scandic is all about conservation and while I have no problem with the lack of shampoo, conditioner and air conditioning, I really wish they would have bars of soap (they just have liquid soap in large dispensers). The location is just off the highway, so it's convenient in that respect and there's a large convenience store almost right next to it, but it's 5km to town where the bars and restaurants are, so expect to take a taxi if you're looking for that. The pantry/store in the lobby has a decent selection of food, snacks and other items available for purchase.

Stayed hwre for business because it's close to a conference hall. The main target segment is pensionists and you need to take a taxi to go to Aalborg. I stayed in a suite and it had two regular tv's that looked like they were from the 80'ties.

As always solid breakfast, cleanliness and service though.

This is a nice hotel located in the middle of nowhere. There is no restaurant around and you are forced to dine in their restaurant. They unfortunately don't have any vegetarian option. You are bound to have difficult time if you are vegetarian. I should have avoided this hotel.
