The poorest Radisson in the world.
The reminens of old worn down 80'ts hotel, is still seen all over. The floors are creaking, windows leaking, and the noise from lifts can be heard 10 rooms away from the lifts.
The machines in the fittness room, has not been desinfected for years.

When confronting the top management, lies and bad excuses are told.

If they didnt have a loyalty program, and perfect location, they would have closed years back.

a hotel having a fantastic view of the fjord from some of the rooms is a good hotel to stay in. having said that, some of the rooms have bathrooms that need some refurbishment. seems a bit dated. the restaurant is very good and the dinner at the italian restaurant is very good value for money. some of the street side rooms can get noisy from the clubs nearby. all in all a good hotel for business stays.

Well, nothing to complain about. Everything were as it should be in a 4 star hotel in Denmark. Everything is okay, but not more than that. After staying at many 4 star hotels in Denmark, but outside Copenhagen, I have come to a conclusion that the hotels simply not are worth the money. Take a new restored 2 or 3 star (or a nice B&B). Save your money for 5 star hotels in Copenhagen, another big city or popular location. 5 stars are cheaper there. Have often had room at Hilton Copenhagen Airport for only 100 euro. I expect more than I got for 170 euro.

Visited this hotel for one night. The rooms have been updated in the last couple of years, and are pretty modern and with nice bathrooms and beds. However the lobby area could need an update.

I forgot a small item at the hotel room, which was found. However the hotel asked for payment (of app. USD 2 dollars) for posting the item. That after having paid more than USD 250 for one night! That's just rotten service.
