The hotel as such looks very nice and is quite expensive. But since we had booked a "standard room", we were sent outside the main building. No problem so far. The bad surprise was to discover the room! It was simply old, ugly, cheap and DIRTY. The bathroom floor, walls, and amenities were DIRTY. After complaining we were sent to another room, which appeared to be in the same situation as the first one. We then had to complain one more time. So we were promised that a person will come and clean the bathroom. An hour later the person came and did a thorrow cleaning of the bathroom and agreed that it was really dirty. Of course this should have been done before our arrival and not when we were sitting there in the room. Anyway, even if it had been clean from the beginning, the room can certainly not be considered a 4 star hotel room. It was more like a motel room that provides a place to spend the night.
