This is a budget hotel, but served my needs just fine. The rooms are spare but clean. Some of my colleagues were unable to get non-smoking rooms, so their rooms smelled absolutely horrible, but mine was fine. The bed was comfortable, though the pillows were very thin-- so I used two to equal one reasonable one. The breakfast was great and the staff was always very nice and very helpful. The location is in a fairly industrial looking block, but once you get outside and walk around, you'll see that it's really quite close to the beautiful, old part of Aalborg-- about a 5 minute walk. The downtown is small, so nothing is very far from this hotel-- you can walk anywhere. Regarding internet access: They have wireless internet available, but you have to pay for it by the 1/2 hour, the hour, or the day. If you do not have a laptop you're in a bad way. The hotel has one old dinosaur of a computer which they keep in the completely disgusting "smoking room". You pay the same prices to use the internet, but you're stuck in the smoky room using the dinosaur and there is no way to print anything from it.
