Our big group of 7 people was really satisfied with the hotel. The building was nice, the scenery and the view were fantastic. Great thanks to the owners for their help and advice. We like to travel around on our own and see everything so it was very good to be able to come and go as we pleased but at the same time have the possibility to ask the staff for some advice and tips. The hotel felt like home, it was comfortable and quiet.

Blue Horizon is a lovely accomodation ,the owners are very nice local people ,the gardens with the swimming pool and the snack bar was wonderful,the ladies of the stuff was very helpful ,Labros the older son of the family was a really holiday maker for us ,he organised anything about our wedding and our families accomodation in skiathos ,our flights ,the accomodation in Blue Horizon that was really fantastic and the view was magic just magic ,the events ,the church ,the restaurant ,the music ,the car ,the flowers,the photographer anything was great and our families had the best memories and experiences .Labros ,efkaristoume poli (thank you very much).

Very nice, economical accommodations with a Five Star view. The Blue Horizon was quiet and out of the main stream of activity and noise of tourism, but close enough to allow you to walk to any area of the town or harbor area. We rented scooters to give us full range accessibility and transportation. If you are unable to walk or cannot operate a scooter, cars were available also in town at reasonable rates. This island gives you accessibility by ferries to several of the Greek Islands. Hope to go back again!!

We stayed two weeks on the hotel together with 3 other families from Norway. We liked the hotel very well and got very nice service from the host/owners.The view over Skiathos city is beatufull. The 10-15 walk from the city center up to the hotel is along a steep road, but this was OK since it was the only real exercise we got during our holiday. The only drawback was the noise from the air condition just over the bed if we left it on during the night. Or the heat in the bed room when we decided to turn the AC off.
