We (me, wife and son) stayed at Pandora in July this year, we weren't disappointed.

I think someone else said it in another review but this really is a bit of luxury in greece, with the facilities you get in the rooms, washing machine ! power shower! coffee maker now that's something you dont see every day in Greece. Bedroom is as you'd expect it with a ceiling fan and wooden shutters/glass windows, bed was rather comfy and not the usual concrete base.

The apartment also offers two balconies, one at the front and one at the back, which we found ideal when the sun was at its hottest on the front. Even comes with nice little table and chairs painted blue just for that extra authenticity! The balconies were certainly far enough apart if like us you like your own company but close enough should you want to make friends with the neighbours.

Views from these apartments are incredible overlooking Kolios bay and the gardens. Nelly is a perfect host and will help in anyway she can and watch out for the gorgeous cake she makes and leaves on your table.

Located at the top of a steep hill if you take the road, but there is a dirt road which takes you to it from the supermarket which is more gradual. Supermarket is well stocked with all the essentials and donuts to die for!

Hermes apartments are right next door with a great pool and kids pool, bar and very very good food. George is a hoot and kept our son entertained. They also have a big TV to keep you up to date with your sport should you need to.

Kolios beach is a short stroll away and is quite quaint and doesnt seem to get as crowded as the other beaches, it has a little beach taverna and parklng if you choose to drive. Kolios centre is a bit more than a short stroll away so really unless you get the bus down its a good idea to get a car, also very handy for getting into town because the buses get very very busy indeed. (Try Georgios water taxi from Nostos beach, cheap and relaxing).

One thing we found would absolutely top the pandora off would be a pool and perhaps a bar otherwise we loved it and had a great time, would definitely recommend it.

Just back from Pandora studios in Kolios, Skiathos. Very good standard of studio, great views from balcony(no.9) , very clean and well maintained. Perfectly positioned for two really great beaches..... only 5/ 10min walk to kolios beach and vromolimnos beach.
We ate in a restaurant called Aggelia which was opposite on other side of main road. Very good food and more traditional style.
This area is great for couples and people who don't want the noise and bustle of the main town but Skiathos Town is only 10 min (9 euros) in a taxi anyway. In fact we found that most beaches and places could be reached for a similar amount by taxi or the very regular bus service right near the studios. Most of the beaches are execptional.....try the walk thru the woods to Mandraki......or the two Banana beaches.... or .beach with the new restaurant Mystic on it near Koukanouris..... but they're all good.
Also just down from the studios is a well stocked super mkt selling most goods. These studios or appts are highly recommended as is the area of Kolios and the owner Nelly was very helpful, a very nice host and often left cake and pastries in our room which was a lovely touch. We loved it. Would definitely come back... David and Natasha
Ps there is a slope walk up to studios but only the very unfit or very old would struggle!!

I am just back from a week in the pandora apartments. Nelly the owner was very welcoming giving us delicious cake on arrival. Nelly was very approachable and helpful. The view from the apartments was stunning overlooking kolios beach and lovely forestry. the sunsets were beautiful. The apartment was very comfortable and nicely decorated. We were provided with a machine for the mosquitoes, air conditioning which could be controlled from bed by remote control which came in very handy during the hot nights. We also had a cooker with a grill and two rings and plenty pots. We had a coffee machine and a kettle. We had plenty of delf ware. The bathroom had a bath and a shower on the wall. We were generously provided with toiletries. We had plenty outdoor chairs and loungers for soaking up the sun. The surrounding gardens were well kept and very beautiful.
The location was also very good. It was nice and quite. We were a short walk from two beaches (Vromilos and Kolios), a supermarket, tavernas. Also the bustop was close which would take us to town or to koukanaries (a beautiful beach). The buses ran regularly every 20 minutes and were very cheap E1.20.
Overall I thought the apartment was great and would recomend .
