“such a friendly place!!”

Hotel Artemis was a lovely place to stay in Samos.
Great location, in Pythagoras Square, a main square on the seafront in Vathi Samos, comfortable walking distance from the ferry ports.. Kostas was so friendly with us.
We paid 25 euro for a double bed ensuite. The prices have now increased to 30 euro per night during low season. Air con is an extra 5 euro a night, but if you can get a room facing the water, you don't need air con. Clean and new bathrooms (no shower curtains however). Would definitely recommend it to budget conscious travellers.

“loved Hotel Artemis in Samos”

It's a small hotel at the heart of the Samos town. The front balconies have an excellent view to the sea. The owner is very friendly and the hotel rates are very low. Good value for money. The webpage of the hotel is [--]

“Hotel Artemis Great Value”

Hotel Artemis is a great Class E hotel. It is located on the quay of Samos town next to the Lion Square. Owner Kostas is hospitable and a pure delight. You may have to book early if you travel in June or July since his long time guests from Germany, England, France, Belgium and U.S. return every year for their annual gathering. There is usually a room or two for the overnighter. My family has stayed with Kostas since 1971.
