I normally prefer to pay around 10 euros less a night when visiting Thessaloniki (see Illisia hotel, for example), but this time there was no available room in that price range, so we ended up in Park hotel. And I wasn't disappointed.
I really liked this hotel. Located in the city centre, nice view from our 6th floor room, new furniture, clean, comfortable big bed, shower doors in the bathroom (big bonus for the dry bathroom!), big TV, free 30 min/day use of computer facilities, nice basic breakfast.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

We were looking for a mid budget hotel in the town. This was the best choice. It is a nice, tidy, clean and value for money hotel.
It is located in a very convenient area, 10 minutes walk from the seafront, and a stone throw from the shopping centre and of many main bus stops.
The staff was very polite, smiley and friendly. The breakfast was not the best we ever had in a 3 star hotel but was enough.
Our room was spacious enough. Although the room was clean the floor drainage in the bathroom was smelling and we temporarily solve this problem by covering it with wet toilet paper! Although the hotel is located in a very busy area in the centre of the town, the room was quiet enough. (at the 5th floor).
A positive: there is a PC and printer for a 30 minute daily free use in the public area.
A negative: my only negative comment is about a grim man -probably a night receptionist- who doesn't seem to enjoy his job. We requested to see the lady at the reservations, but he refuse to call her at a very offensive way. That was the best way to spoiled the whole above nice picture of the hotel.
