The location is not quite the centre of Thessaloniki although there is a shuttle bus and taxis readily available. The hotel looks and is new, but the rooms are small in comparison to others, with basic amenities more like those in three or four star hotels. The reception stafff was helpful with the exception of one lady who shall remain nameless. On the plus side, there is a swimming pool, free internet, and wifi available in the lobby. The restaurant serves decent fare, and service is prompt and attentive. It is certainly good for meetings, as there are ample rooms of various dimensions, and the location is good for a captive audience.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a conference and it was possibly the worst hotel I have stayed in. The staff on reception were rude and very unhelpful, the rooms were disgusting, everything smelt of cigarette smoke and as a non smoker this was a nightmare.

All towels and bedding smelt of smoke! Not very nice after a long day.

The area is also not nice, very close to the main bus terminal but far from the city centre, the area is very run down.

internet connection in the rooms is very poor for a wired connection.
Would not recommend this hotel for any type of traveller, definately not 5 star, have stayed in travel inns which have better service and ammenities!

Hotel is new, clean, but that is about all it has going for it. Not close to ANYTHING. Bus close though. Not convenient to go to any store or any other place to eat. staff not friendly. Breakfast was very good. Internet was OK . Free wifi, their computers free and OK

I was in this hotel for two night and I really don't think it is a five star hotel. Specially horibble was the behaviour of the staff. I was charged for four beers drank in the lobby bar which I never even drank. Someone had given my room number in the bar and I had to pay the bill. Hotel staff was very unpolite when I tried to sort this out. Be careful for this kind of extra charges and be prepared they will not return these costs.

Internet connection is also totally useless both in the room and lobby.
