Booking our tickets and hotel room from April we were looking forward to out holiday. Upon arrival at the hotel, it was nice to see familiar faces. Being the second time there, the least we expected was to be given the same room as before, but unfortunately it was not to be. After seeing our hotel room, we were dissapointed to find that the room was much smaller with hardly any closet space. No drawers and a small shower stand with no bath. Not convinient for staying for 7 days. After complaining to the receptionist downstairs, she informed us that there was only 1 room available and that we would be moved there. Anticipation ran high, only to be let down again, it was the same there, small closet, no drawers but with a bath. By this time it was evening, and after requesting to speak with the hotel manager, Mr. Charis Kaplanis, who was on duty at this time, kindly arranged for us to be moved to the same room used by us 2 years before. Our gratitude goes out to Mr. Charis Kaplanis who immediately offered us his services. Would we go back ? Yes we would and again we recommend the hotel for its location and service.
