Great location and a nice clean, simple room with everything you would want. Friendly helpful staff, wifi, aircon, tv etc....nothing but praise. I would recommend.

We've travelled half the word me and me better half the last good few years and I have to say that this hotel stands out for service, friendliness, value for money and location!! It's a cracker, can't find enough words to praise it!! We stay a couple of nights but we had no problem whatsoever to spend there a couple of weeks if it wasn't booked and if we did not had to leave town for someother place in Greece.

The hotel is very well located with the main Thessaloniki square within 5 minutes walk. Good thing was also free parking in the street behind. Staff was helpful. But breakfast is not served (instead only a cup of tea/milk and biscuits is offered). Rooms are very, very basic (though clean), with the caoupleof pieces of furniture from the fifties. Bathrom is simply one part of the room cut off from the rest. And the noise from the street can be a bit disturbing. All in all, very good for one night stay, but certainly not for longer one.

Very clean, very friendly. Great WiFi. While rooms were basic, they were clean and comfortable. A/C was excellent. Absolutely request a non-smoking room if preferred - the first room I was in was so smoky. No elevator, spiral staircase, but staff will gladly help with bags. The coffee wasn't very good and the cookies were bad. There's nothing local - even McDonald's doesn't do breakfast. But there is a delicious bougatsa ( filo cheese or sweet cream pie) cafe called Serres and a fruit vendor down the hill. Staff can arrange car rental, etc. English is no problem. It's a 10 minute walk from the central plaza or waterfront, but it's quiet. For a budget or solo traveler, it's a good solution.
