I have stayed there 4 times for one or two days - all the times on business trips to Thessaloniki. In general terms i am satisfied with this comfort hotel. Accommodation is good, has an excellent breakfast buffet, and the staff is polite. Only problem is some noisy rooms in the front area og the hotel.

I stayed for 3 nights in Capsis last december. I`m completely satisfied with the quality of accomodation - spacious room, well maintained facilities, polite staff. The sleep quality was very good, I can`t remember hearing a sound from outside the room. Excellent breacfast buffet- a lot to choose from and great quality of the food!
The location of the hotel is average - not in the top center but close enough to everything interesting - about 20 min walk to the white tower and the central square.
The only thing I didn`t like is that there was no handle for the shower and I had to hold it over my head with one arm while trying to wash with the other - very uncomfortable but not a big problem for a 3 night stay after all.

We have visited Thessaloniki for 5 days and stay in Capsis hotel which is only ten minutes by foot from city center. Great breakfast, one of the best I have ever had. Large, very clean room. free Wi Fi. Great swimming pool on Capsis roof overlooking the city. Highly recommend!! On top of it, I felt in love with Thessaloniki!

I have never seen the receptionist in my life!!They are so rude! We had a problem for the room and we were waiting at the reception for having a solution. They said me "I have to help my client" in front of me!I asked them who am I??They didn't care us! The hotel don't provide any double room and they said us we have only twin bed!
I informed them to write everything to Trip Advisor. They said me only it's OK!
They don't care any guest!
