I am trying to write now something wise. Seriously! Mixed opinion about this hotel may confuse many readers. But I think the best what is possible it is to describe how Lefkimi Hotel works. Your opinion will be strictly related to what you understand about the hotel. Staff, hotel, place - easily can be labeled as the best as can be and as the worst as can be. Why?
Let's talk about details.
Assumption 1 - you are 17, first time alone on the holidays without parents but with group of your best friends. You get a bed, you have swimming pool 3 m from your door, hundreds of people similar to you walking around 24/7. Party clubs just 20 m from your place and there are plenty of places with bubble disco, screw-mary disco, Latin-vodka disco, dummy-dummy disco and many more other discos. You are just taken to paradise! Boys, girls, all drunk as you, it is so funny, noisy, sexy and cool.
How is staff? Staff in Lefkimi hotel is great! Help you find your bed if you lost, let you smoke on the hall, give you back your sun-glasses, credit card, sun cream and pants if you forgotten them by the pool. They make drinks and sandwiches the best in the world. They can kiss you or give you a hug. They clean the rest of your hod-dogs from stairs (that hot-dogs you ate few minutes ago, do you remember?). It is cool! The best holidays ever.
Assumption 2
You are not 17. You come to Lefkimi on regular holidays what means you want sleep at night and relax during the day, etc.
You get a bed in ugly room, swimming pool stinks as cloaca. Party noise and screams of drunk people whole night long. Staff is so occupied with young teens they have no time for you. Breakfast is as nothing - toast and marmalade with thin coffee every day. People smoke in dinning room, It is always noisy and crowded. You are not sure all people around you are guests or just visitors. Police or doctors come from time to time - some people are wounded or something is stolen.
Enough?
I think so. The reality is more extreme :)
I am not 17 and that is why my opinion is like it is - keep away from Lefkimi Hotel.
I really appreciate whole staff effort they do making the place still working. Hats off!
