We arrived and the rooms hadn't been cleaned up. We got old dirty towels stained from other clients... The noise was so terrible that after two nights we were drained and decided to leave (we had booked for a week). We asked for some reimbursement and we were told in a very friendly way, that they would do a bank transfer of half the money we had paid for the week. Since August (it is October now), nothing. No way to reach them by phone or fax, and they have no email. Since we had booked two rooms, we are very angry.
