We were attending a friends wedding and her family booked us this hotel so we were a bit unsure as couldn't find many reviews, when we arrived and saw the hotel was over a bar we had reservations but even though I am a very light sleeper were not let down. We had a sea view room, highly recommended...balcony caught the sun all day. Breakfast until 10.30am in the week and 11am at the weekend, basic help yourself buffet style breads, cheeses, hard boiled eggs but nice. All the staff was really nice and spoke good English, rooms cleaned daily. Chalkidia is a fantastic location, 1 hour from Athens (by bus as railway is being repaired) but they don’t have may British visitors so don’t expect menus in English but all the people are really helpful, we even had one restaurant offer to try and translate a whole menu for us.. Food was lovely everywhere we went and a great beach 10 min taxi ride away, Alla Kezia.
