I have stayed to Epirus Palace 3-4 times the last 5 years and all the times my opinion for the hotel was getting better and better. Great luxury rooms, with really helpful amenities and very polite staff. I have stayed to Epirus Palace for my work and for personal reasons and all the times the prices were very low for the quality of service that the hotel offers. The breakfast is ROYAL with many tastes of Greek traditional kitchen and classic 5 star hotel flavors. If you visit this hotel you will find very nice, beautifully designed, clean rooms and great beads. Also you should be prepared for the beautiful outdoor with trees and green garden and a tasteful kitchen with great meals. The only problem that I had with the hotel was, that some times in a year’s period it is difficult to find a room to stay. This is one of the best hotels in Ioannina, and a favorite destination for me. I highly recommend it.

It was a sock for our family (me, my hunsband, our 10years old son) when we've seen the room.We asked for two beds(double and single) but they give us 1 double and the put something like beach-bed in the middle of the room.We've paid 120euro per day for that "triple"room. When we asked for something better they give us one at the old area with an armchair-bed but with a bathroom at the middle of the room.
The food was plenty but the breakfast was the same every day without many choices.
Only the cleaners and the stuff for the laggage were polite and friendly.
From our room to the restaurant we have to walk 10 min!!!!
Some of the rooms -like ours- are dark because of the black colour to the bathroom
Nice garden, without activities for the children.
No wifi signal in our room ( for a 5 stars hotel????)

Just stayed at the hotel for 2 nts, attended a wedding nearby. Normally stay in centre of ioannina, this is 10mins out of town, hence fantastic rate of 60€ per nt, great hotel, very palatial, breakfast good, staff friendly enough, they let me have late check out for no extra charge.
The only minor negative was public areas were very cold Inc the bistro/bar which didn't encourage u to stay outside room, worsened by little if no wifi signal in room so had to work in cold foyer.
Would definitely stay again, taxi into town was only 11€ & still only 14€ back at 3.30am!!!

Our stay at Epirus Lx Palace was fantastic, we stayed in August 2011 during the high season. Staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is presented beautifully and really does feel like a palace. There are two areas of the hotel new/old. To start we stayed in the old area of the hotel, with a large room with a huge king bed and huge single and a balcony The room felt a little dated but was cleaned to a high standard. After a few days we changed rooms to the new area which was very modern and beautifully presented. Food was of a excellent quality although there was not much choice available. The all inclusive package was confusing; we did not know at which times we could eat and drink without paying. When arrived we were worried about noise from the main road, allthough this was not a problem. Overall this hotel is excellent. The only main disadvantage is the distance from the center of Ioannina although if you have a car this should not be a problem. The Egnatia Odos motorway is a few hundred meters away; providing quick access to Igoumenitsa and surrounding area.
