The room was adequate but it was impossible to have a shower in the tiny cubicle without flooding the bathroom. No tea- or coffee-making facilities or wifi available. Food was tepid (but maybe that's inevitable with buffet-style catering) and the water provided for tea at breakfast was never hot enough (you need boiling water for tea).
The hotel was isolated so it was not possible to access other restaurants, etc, by foot, and the narrowly pebbly beach was disappointing. There were no guide books available, nor was snorkelling gear provided for loan or hire. It cost 25 euros to rent a safe for 2 weeks (extortion).
On the positive side, nearly all the staff were friendly and efficient, and the 3 swimming pools and bars were good, as was the Animation (entertainment) team.

got to kos at 3am in the morning got to our hotel just to be told that there was no room so they sent us to the dimitra hotel. o.m.g wot a lovly hotel great staff lovly food realy clean hotel even the germans were nice there next time we go to kos this is were we will stay.

we stayed in this hotel for a week with my wife and 2 children aged 5 and 10..it is very clean, good staff and very good service.the hotel is 12 minutes from the town and there is bus station just outside the hotel.i am sure i will be back and i recommend this hotel especially for families

For the first time we got poor room in bungalow, seemed to be 2 star room!
When we asked reception and we were told that all rooms are same.
We had to ask them again and then we got new room which was 4 star.
The hotel complex is big and is located on the beach with sunbeds for free.
Food was great but breakfast was same all days and for lunch is better to go to la gondola restaurant for BBQ.
But totally we were satisfied.
