I spent here 5 days in the first week of september. The hotel is located in Elies, in a quiet place, there are some shops and car/bike rental offices around. The bus stop is just a few steps away, you can reach any other place with public transport easily. From the hotel in a few minutes walking distance there are some nice beaches, the closer is Linaria, the another is Kantouni. Both of them were tidy and not crowded at all.

The hotel room was clean, with large and comfortable beds, air conditioner, fridge, TV, balcony and bathroom. There was cleaning every day, and changed the towels as well. The reception staff was quite helpful. The breakfast was simple but OK. The hotel has its nice, clean pool as well.

The Hotel Elies has its own diving center, which is well equipped, and the manager is really nice. They organize dives around the island, do the transfer, etc. They can give advices for those who travel to Kalymnos for climbing.

The Hotel Elies is the best for those who don't stay all time in the hotel, but visits another places, like to go to beach, interested in scuba diving or climbing.
