This is a very special location, away from the loud motorcycles and scooters that run around the port and the more busy side of Kalymnos. This has a spectacular view of the island of Telendos and the sea. The nights are beautiful with bright stars in a black canopy. The sound of goats bells moving in the mountains behind the hotel are a cute reminder of the tranquility found here. The staff here are wonderful people and the mother is an excellent cook. The hotel offers very fair prices to eat at the hotel dining room downstairs. This is the only place to stay if you're coming to Kalymnos!!! Especially if you're a climber and looking to stay close to the best mountain to climb (literally right behind the hotel!!!)

The hotel was really nice, the room was good and the beds were comfortable. As Greek accomodation is always basic, this was above average compared to previous places we have stayed in Kalymnos. The family that runs the hotel are very friendly and accomodating to your needs and were willing to try to please us if we had any requests. The food at the hotel was tasty and the prices were reasonable. There was never a problem getting a sun lounger around the pool and the pool is very clean and great to jump into after a walk into Massouri for lunch.
There is a great restaurant next to the hotel called "Mountainside Restaurant". They have delicious food and good prices. The couple that run the place are lovely and their menu has your Greek options but also includes some other items like Orange Chicken which is really tasty. And if you like a bit of spice, try the Bekri Meze.
A couple of other recommendations for food are: Noufaro at border of Armeos/Massouri and Kokkindis in the centre of Massouri. Also, Manifesto, it has a really nice atmosphere and the owner plays really good music.
The bus is only running into Pothia every 2 hours right now, but it does pick up/drop off right outside the hotel.
A scooter is a great way to see more of the island, but it can be a bit scary if you've not ridden a scotter before.
We took a wonderful day excursion on a boat called "IRENE" from the harbor in Pothia. It went to some beautiful places and the food they served was great. If you fancy a great day out, give them a try.
All in all, we had an amazing holiday. We would stay at the hotel again, but we will not book through Olympic EVER AGAIN.

Take a kettle as no tea making facilities in rooms

Lovely family ran hotel set in a quiet loaction 5mins outside Massouri.

Staff were very friendly and a chat was never too much trouble over a drink or too at the end of the evening.

Rooms cleaned every day with views to die for overlooking the islet of Telendos.

Buses pick up outside the hotel and run to Pothia, the capital of Kaylmnos.

Rooms, we stayed in a room with a huge terrace overlooking the islet of Telendos. Sun loungers would be an idea to add to the terrace.
Furniture was the basic greek furniture but of good quality.
The only problem we had was room doors banging during late evening and early morning which did become an issue by the end of our stay.

Pool area was clean with plenty of sunloungers, tables and chairs and shade if required.

Overall though, a good hotel in a fantastic location.
