Hotel Sifnos has really a great location, in the beautiful village of Apollonia, right on the street where most trendy restaurants and shops are located.
Rooms are located on the first floor (no elevator, so you have to carry up your luggage on two flights of steep stairs), right above the hotel's taverna, so you will probably be disturbed (as we were) by music played in bars on the street until very late in the night.
Rooms and bathrooms are extremely small, with very old furnitures. The impression I got is that the owner is trying hard to make it a confortable hotel, but it would need a total renovation.
For the price paid (Euro 75 for a double in August - no breakfast included), I felt it was overpriced, if compared to rooms that you can rent on the island for much less.
However, the owner was nice and helpful: after 3 nights of stay we were forced to checkout because the hotel was fully booked, so he made some phone calls and found for us a nice room for the extra nights that we had planned in Sifnos.
