Located just a half-mile from the ferry (and bus and taxi and car rentals for those who want to explore the rest of Naxos island), this tiny apartment was perfectly situated for people who like to walk. Far enough away from the more touristy beach areas and the downtown main street, yet close enough to everything in Naxos town--markets, restaurants, tavernas, shops, you name it. Gorgeous sunset views and views of the ocean and the iconic Apollo's arch. Huge balconies (much bigger than the apartment itself, although that's not saying much), which were unfortunately so windy that we could not use them--even a coffee cup or wine glass would fly off the table in the wind. It was handy for drying laundry, however. We were in Studio One. A caution to those who read the website's listing that it sleeps 2-4 people. Technically, it does. So does a 4-person camping tent. However, the whole apartment is about 200 square feet. Two twin beds in the bedroom, and a trundle bed in the kitchen, right next to the stove and fridge. It was necessary to literally step over people's heads to get to the bathroom. The website also claims the apartment is "very spacious." It's not spacious. It's the opposite of spacious. To call it "very" spacious is a flat-out lie. For a couple or a single traveler, it's perfect.
