That was the response to every request we had at this hotel.
Rental car? "No problem"
Bigger room? "No problem"
Restaurant recommendation? "No problem"

The staff was so gracious and attentive. The rooms and grounds were incredible. The view from the room was postcard perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone visiting Mykonos. One caveat, it's about an 8 minute walk into town, which is "long" by Mykonos standards, but worth it as you enjoy the beauty of the island without the noise from the town.

Absolutely worth it!

Went on a tour of Greece and Grand Beach Hotel was by far the best hotel that we stayed in. I intended to propose somewhere in Greece and when I saw the hotel I asked how I could propose to my lady there and the front desk person offered a few suggestions. She made a special trip for me to get me a fruit platter and roses. Had Nick (the pool bartender) ready to help by taking pics when the moment came. He played along being extremely friendly. IT WAS PERFECT!!! IT WAS FLAWLESS!!!

Along learned a lesson in humility because Ms Despoina, the front desk person, was the person who helped me with ALL of this and she was so humble and willing I thought she was just part of the staff. Later, I found out she was the owner.

We stayed at this hotel because the one we had booked had an overbooking problem and they sent us to this one.
We were very happy with the change, actually, because the Grand Beach is a nice hotel, right in front of a calm beach, with a beautiful pool area and close to Mykonos town.
Our room was nice: it had a ocean view balcony, a mini fridge and a nice size bathroom... They served a nice breakfast and the lady that I supposed was the manager was a very helpfull and sweet person. There was another girl that worked there that was not sooo efficient, but that didnt´ disturb us at all, specially because the another lady was there most of the time.
The beach in front of the hotel doesn´t have bars or chairs but it was nice just to sit there one evening and watch the beautiful sunset. And the hotel location is very nice, to get to the other beaches on the island, specially if you rent a motorcycle/4 wheel/car... I considered it really a strategic spot on mykonos.

My third time on Mykonos might have been the best one so far- also thanks to the Grand Beach Hotel. The staff is ever so friendly, they really think ahead. The room was lovely- a terrace, sea view; loved it! The salt-waterpool is great although the water was freezing for this time of year (August). Don't expect a busy crowd or entertainment at the pool, there is a bar with the music turned down very low so the atmosphere was very relaxed. We found the breakfast-room quite depressing but that really was no problem since you can have breakfast at so many great spots over there! The walk to town is a piece of cake, a lovely short walk. If you ask for a room in the lower area of the hotel- you won't have to walk up the stairs every time you return (low part is great!). I also stayed twice at the Kalypso Kyma a bit more up the road. I prefer that one for its happy atmosphere, at the pool, the restaurant at night, the breakfast. If you can entertain yourself you might want to consider the Grand Beach, much closer to town, better sea-view and much better furnished rooms. Price-Quality; great!
