It is with great regret that we must inform you and the readers of Trip advisor of the purposeful misinformation and lies contained in this review. Nothing of what is mentioned could be more misleading to travellers. Our position is delicate but your respectable readers need to know the truth.

Villa Galaxy is a tailor made experience to the discerning traveller. We therefore provide service exactly to the specifications set forth and agreed with our guests, be it from no extra service at all to our unique True Butler Service. If one just visits our web site to see Villa Galaxy, or visits Villa Galaxy itself, he will easily understand that this place is impeccable and anything but the way it was described. In March 2005, Conde Nast Traveller selected Villa Galaxy as one of the top 20 private properties in Greece and with a very high level of service. Villa Galaxy is the only property to provide True Butler Service.

Guest feedback is certainly appreciated when it is provided with candour and truth, instead of a hidden agenda. To our surprise and great regret, this is the first occasion of a guest who got significantly more than he agreed and could hope for and then to try to avoid his only obligation -to maintain the property in good standard and to pay for damages if any- by such foul means as negative publicity.

This guest’s review contains nothing but the truth. If full 5* luxury service is required then naturally it must be paid for. If even the owner himself and his staff is helping the guest to set up his wedding, out of the goodness of his heart and because the guest can not afford to hire anyone, this does not mean at all that there is no service. It simply means that he and his staff care about their guests and their very special occasion, on a personal level. All of the 120 guests we received that night had a magnificent time, including the reviewer, according to their remarks. We did not charge 2000€ and we are not -of course- under any charges; such action would have been unsubstantiated. The opposite could have been true though if our policy and our code of conduct did not prohibit it.
