“Except breakfast everything is good”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 July 2011

We have been at San Antonio Summerland Hotel between 17-24 July. The hotel was good and clean. Rooms were also very large and big. But breakfast time it was very difficult to find something to eat. If you like to eat omelette, egg etc it was possible that you liked the breakfast. In other case there was no cheese, olive, tomato, cucumber. When you ask the waiter about them he said that they did not have any breakfast concept like that.

On the other hand receptionists were very helpful. You could easily ask them if you had a problem.

“A little worried after reading bad reviews”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 16 July 2011

We stayed here for three nights and were a little worried after reading some bad reviews. I dont think the hotel is four stars but it definately rates as a very good three star hotel.

The rooms and property are very clean, the shuttle into town/airport/port very handy and the ladies on reception are absolute gems who provide great customer service. Much better than the male members of staff- one who worked at the pool ,who told me I would have to go to reception to ask for towels (and after doing this) he received a phone call from them and he then went up to get them- dont see why he didnt go up in the first place. Although in general, the shuttle service was very good, one evening it was running about ten minutes late and then the driver waited another fifteen minutes for a couple of latecomers who kept everyone else waiting on the bus.

The hotel provides a very handy internet lounge (although only one computer out of three was working) and a continental breakfast buffet which featured a good selection of cold items. The rooms are spacious (although not flash) and one annoying element was that the bathroom had a handheld shower with no hook which made showering a bit difficult. There are also a few wires hanging out in the rooms and general areas which should have been tidied up when the hotel was built. Overall, though it is a pleasant place to stay and the good points far outway the bad ones.

“What a hotel!!!”

Where to start??
The staff at the hotel were all teriffic and the service provided was outstanding.
They picked us up from the airport and droped us back at the port coplimentary.
Our room was in the middle bulding so we had great view to one of the gardens of the hotel, the sea and the new port of mykonos.
The breakfast was a lot more than what one needs to start the day.
We had the most amazing lunch and dinner next to the swimming pool's restaurant.
The hotel had a really really big parking area, a little orthodox church that is open for the visitors to see and a small traditional house that the greeks call "village".
The ladies at the front desk knew everything about the island and they were extremly helpfull.
In fact, I can say that we made the most of our staying in Mykonos thanks to the staff at the San Antonio Summerland.
So thank you all and we really hope to see you again

“Friendliest Hotel on our trip.”

Beautiful view and friendly staff. Good food and convenient transportation to town. We made good friends here and would definitely stay again. Alma and Madelena were so gracious and hospitable. We enjoyed the company of Mario and Andros who served us well and made our stay very enjoyable. Spiros was the friendliest shuttle driver!
