I booked this hotel through Expedia. When I arrived, the hotel was shut and clearly under construction/reconstruction. I went in search of accommodation and found that the hotel to the rear, the Lefkoniko Bay, had my booking. The Lefkoniko Bay is nice enough but not what I had asked for: the hotel faces a side street, not the sea, so views were dismal. The pool is tucked in the back, right on a street. Neither the Lefkoniko Bay or the Lefkoniko Sands is on the beach - they're across a busy road from the beach.
I have since checked Expedia's website and they are still taking bookings for the Lefkoniko Sands.
By now, of course, the hotel could be open, so I'd just advise that you call and check if you're booking online.

These apart/hotel rooms have two single beds on a balcony level and two couches which also doubled as beds. Frdige was always full of water and beer! Stove was never used - why would you with a dozen restaurants right at your door step? We had half board, the breakfast buffet was good but the dinner one was inedible. No matter, eating and drinking out were cheep and in a week we were known by all the waiters along the strip! Only thing I thought odd about the appartments was that there was nothing to wash the dishes in - no washing up liquid and no sponge! Lefkoniko have four hotel and apartment blocks and you are free to use each and everyone's facilities. they moved us into hotel rooms for the final night due to a booking mix up on the travel agents part and we instantly lost out 30sec walk to the beach and the great views over the town. I'd choose the apartments over the hotel anytime.
