Pros:
+ Nice view over the ocean.

Cons:
- No info when we should check out. We and other guest was yelled at by the angry hotel personel.
- 10 km outside Rethymnon. You have to rent a car to get to the good beaches.
- The reception was at a hotel 200 m up a hill.
- The handwasher was not clean when we arrived.
- not so nice neighbourhood. Looked like a backyard.
- The warm water in the shower was empty after 1 min showering.
- AC didn't work
- Small 14 inch TV. Just greek channels.
- Nowhere to hang towels in bathroom.

We came to the hotel late in the night and the guide from Apollo left us outside the hotel and told us the key stood in the door.. we came inside our room, alone, late in the night and got a shock--- The room was uncleaned.. There was sand from the beach in the shower.. there was smashed mosquitos all over the walls and above us.. The toilette had left overs from the last visitors, the towels were nasty and nothing looked like the description...

There was NO reseption on the hotel-- it was 4 o'clock in the morning on a saturday night so we decided to wait until monday morning before we told the housekeeper that we wanted the room cleaned properly... But for the two weeks we had to stay there the room was NEVER cleaned properly.. She only wiped the floor with the same water in all rooms taken from the Pool---

My advise.. NEVER go there! Most of the time when I'm travelling I am happy to get a clean bed and bathroom. I don't need luxury-- But I have some expectations to a hotel with 3+ stars.. and this hotel doesn't deserve more than 1*
