I stayed in this hotel in the end of May on a business trip. Though classified as a 3*, when comparing price to service this is a winner. The breakfast is better than many other 4* hotels with the usual hot: eggs omeletes bacon saussages fried tomatoes chese pies etc cold cuts, cheese, olives yogurt fruit etc. The rooms are modern, recently redecorated.

The staff is very polite and helpful. The location is not bad, situated on a busy street of the new town, 5 min wlak to the municipal gardens, 10 min walk to the centre of the venetian town, 10 min walk to the beach in front of the Porto Rethymno Hotel.

Supermarket, kiosk, confectionary, coffee shop, souvlaki shop are all opposit the hotel

hi, we have been in olympic hotel in the and of october for one week and we enjoy very
much. the hotel was renovated recently, and is in the center.
the hotel doen't have parking but you can find not far from ther.
its comfortabel the staf are very polite ,and it was worte every penny.
for tree star hotel we recommendet to visit there.

Hotel was fully renovated in June 2009, so now it is modern and very nice. The location is great (it is a bit noisy but it did'n bothered us that much - you can close the windows and turn on the air-condition so you won't hear anything). The staff is pleasant and helpful. Food is really OK. I recommend it.

The hotel is ideally placed just a few minutes walk away from the narrows streets of the Old Town. It is noisy, but as you are in a city you expect this!! We had earplugs so slept OK!! We did book Bed & Breakfast but after the first morning realised that it's a good idea to have breakfast elsewhere!! It seemed that the majority of the other guests were all inclusive, but with great restaurants and bars to be found in the city, that wasnt an option for us. Lovely roof terrace with sun loungers, good for an hours rest after sight seeing! If you arriving by car try to time your arrival on a Sunday, there isnt as much traffic in the city and you will probably get a parking space by the hotel. Its free on a Sunday but all other days cost 70 cents and hour, payable between 07.30 to 21.30. If you drive down to the beach area you can park for free and its only a 15-20 minute walk back.
