After reading the review we were very worried about our booking, but what a pleasure , this hotel is top class in every sense, they have big roomy rooms that are quiet and away from the noise
the food is top quality, both for breakfast and dinner with a choice to suit all tastes and evening entertainment every night, the staff are a credit with Stelios in the restaurant and Aris in the Bar

We have been happily coming to this Hotel for more than twenty years which in itself is praise indeed. It is very well situated being two hundred yards to the beaches and a short walk into the very attractive town with plenty of good tavernas on the way. We have found the management and staff efficient and welcoming and the whole hotel clean and updated. The food is good and varied and includes fine Greek dishes. There is also entertainment in the cool of the evening in the open air by the pool. Needless to say we thoroughly recommend it.

We stopped here for a week all inclusive mid August 2011, two kids aged 7 & 12 , 2 adults. We had a wonderfull time & can't belive previous reviews are talking about the same hotel. Great location, food spot on. Some rooms are basic but clean, though the room we had was huge, very modern & luxurious ( Room 124 ). There were various nationalities some rude some nice, but that is not the hotels fault.It was our wedding anniversary & my birthday while we were there & hotel staff brought us champagne , chocolates & birthday cake ( very nice ).Hotel is 10 min walk to old town or 5 euro's in a taxi. About 75 km's from airport.Would definataly go back, no probs.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Theartemis Palace for 2 weeks with all inclusive. We were very disapointed when we first walked in to the room, the bed was as comfy as a rock.
Also the refrigerator was broken. The room we had was on the ugliest floor in the hotel (floor 4) despite all those things there was nasty bugs inside the hotel room.
(DO NOT, leave your balcony door open.)

The entertaiment was ''all russain''. Made us feel like second class guests.
The buffee was ok, alomost the same food everyday. You have to know that in Theartemis Palace even though it's a 4 star hotel you dont have a mini-bar in the hotel room, the TV is old and small.. so if you are looking for a more luxarious feeling do not chose all inclusive standard room. Almost the only thing positive was the hotel staff they were nice and polite.

Lesson learned, won't come back :)
