Worst hotel I have ever stayed in! Stayed with my husband and 15 year old son on all inclusive , ha! ha! Could not even get a soft drink after 11 'clock till lunch, or after 10 at night. Pool stank, manager very confrontational, every guest I spoke to in hotel had some kind of run in with him including a German man whos two year old daughter was sick, staff would not allow a cup of tea to be taken to the room for her! Also managers daughter had a small dog which one night pooed near the pool. She tried to clean it up using a broom which just spread dog dirt everywhere. A lady complained in disgust and was shouted at by manager. Absoloutley nothing to do in evening either at hotel or vicinity. One night a freindly England/Germany match was on , all guests at time were English or German, also Spain played Greece. Manager put England game on for guests but changed to Greek game at half time and refused to turn back! Avery unwelcoming hotel, guests made to feel like inconvienience. Dont Go!

my boyfriend and i arrived at this hotel, only to find WE had to start moving furniture from balcony to balcony whilst being hurried along by the manager! The grounds were appaling with broken cement lying around a very smelly sewage smell and a very suspicious looking swimming pool. The staff find it difficult to smile (probably depressed about working in such a crap place) The worst of all was the evenings with absolutly nothing to do, no entertainment was arranged so we had to sit around the dodgy pool drinking but we were only allowed to do this untill 10pm even though we had paid for all inclusive. This place needs serious refubishment even better pulling down!!

I have stayed in this hotel in august 2006 and it was horrible.
The room was really bad, dirty, the A/C wasn't working, the wind was blowing in our room with doors and windows closed!
We couldn't sleep for 2 nights because there was a wedding party at the restaurant.
The services were terrible.
It isn't a A class hotel! Not even a C class hotel!
I was very disappointed, so think twice before you choose it.

We have just came back (my wife and our 2 y.o. boy) from our holidays at Agia Fotia, a lovely little village with nice beaches near Ierapetra at Crete. We stayed at Eden Rock Hotel that i have to admit that it was perhaps the worst hotel we have ever been. As soon as we arrived at the room we experienced some awfull smell that they told us it was temporarily because they had a problem with the WC drainage system. The room was DIRTY so we asked for someone to come urgently ans clean it again. In the room no towels... We picked up the phone to call at the reception, but no phone working... After eight o'clock in the evening only the brave can have a shower with Cold water. And the worst thing was the restaurant: even though we have paid for half board, we just went to the reataurant twice for breakfast and we had enough... You cannot call this thing breakfast. Worst quality food i have ever seen. of course i didnt let my child to try nothing. I feel so sorry that these kind of hotels still exist in year 2006.
