Hotel located in the city center of Heraklion. Very nice and clean rooms, very helpfull staff. I would definatelly recommend it.

This is a nice if unremarkable option in Heraklion. We stayed two separate nights in two different rooms and both were very clean and relatively roomy (one had a rather small bathroom). Overall I would only worry about the noise as some of the walls are rather thin. In our second night we had a hard time with a bunch of girls at the other room (chatting loud late at night and even attempting to play music at midnight) and nobody from the staff seemed to care. Guy at the day shift was not particularly friendly also.

I've had the opportunity to stay during my holiday in Lena hotel in Crete. It is a very simple but nice 2 stars hotel just 5 minutes walking from the city center and 10 m from the port of Heraklion. The prices are quite good, and it is a very good option if you are travelling with your family or friends cause you have your own room with the toilet inside and it is very clean.
The people working there are very friendly and available for any need or extra request.
It is in a quiet area, so you won't be disturbed by the noises of the very famous night life in the City. Moreover you have the possibility to check out at 12-13 o'clock !! :)

good: very kind staff. near to the port.
bad: a little diffcult to find because there are not enough english sign on the street. no safe in the room so i had to bring all my valuables.
