First time in the hotel, but not in Heraklion. The place is 5 minutes walk from the Morosini fountain and 2 minutes from the port. We had a very spacious room for three with fantastic view to the port & Koules fort. Clean & nice WC. You could listen the neighbors sometimes through the wall :).

If the room view was fantastic, the view in the breakfast area was amazing! Usually, the breakfast is served in the looby in most of the hotels I've been. But in Marin Dream Roof Garden, I had a quality breakfast and the best view in Heraklion.

I will stay there next year for sure!

I visited this hotel with my wife the second week of January for a short stay.
We tried to stop our car in front of the hotel to unload our luggage but it was not so easy since there was no temporary parking space in front of the hotel.
We forced to stop the car in the middle of the road in front of the hotel and unload the luggage very fast because we blocked the road and the other cars behind us.
The staff of the hotel (just one person after 22:00) was very kind and willing to help us on any issue.
The room was spacious but during the winter the air-conditioning is not enough to keep the room in a good temperature.
In general the main advantage of this hotel is its location: very close to the harbor and to the city centre.

Excellent service, cozy cleam rooms. The first one we were given had a foul smell coming from the bathroom, but they quickly changed us to another room which was very good with all the amenities.
We were told breakfast was up to 10.30. We arrived at 10:10 and most of the food was gone. We asked for some eggs and the waitress came back after 5 minutes with freshly made fried eggs and a smile.
Location is very good also. Everything is within a walking distance. If you have a car, that may be a problem as there is not a parking area for residents. Everyone parks outside on the street if they are lucky to find a space.
We will probably revisit as this hotel was very good value for money.

Located right near the harbor and city centre, you can walk anywhere. We loved walking along the sea wall. The reception st aff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The array of dishes at breakfast was marvelous.
