Great little place to stay. On arrival we were given lovely home made apple cake,and loved the place straight away.the owner could not be more helpful.

This gem is in the old town, a few minutes away from the picturesque bay which is humming with restaurants and shops. The owner is a lovely lady who will immediately take you in as family. Nothing is too much trouble, she even brought in home made treats. The hotel is in a small but lovely side street and you will fall in love with everything about Chania, especially the owner.

Really enjoyed our stay at Madonna Studios. Quiet, cool and convenient location located one block from old harbour, shops and restaurants. Beautiful courtyard that is full of fragrant jasmine and plants. Excellent food and kitchenette is well-equipped with coffee maker, coffee, water and fresh-baked goods that are replenished daily! Rooms are simple, comfortable, clean and roomy enough. Hospitable, personal service is what makes this hotel stand out from others. Highly recommended!

Thomais and the Madonna Studios is a wonderful choice in Chania and the best value for your dollar. The Studio is nestled 1/2 block away from ... everything.... It is peaceful, beautiful. I appreciated the flowers, the charm, and the cleanliness. I cannot say enough about the owner "Thomais" . We were upgraded to the best available room for free... without asking. We were given "spot on answers" to all our questions. We were leaving early the last day. Thamois arranged our cab, called the driver to wake him and then checked to see if he had us safely on our way. Not to mention the home made cake and the warmth and sharing of her beloved Chania.
