Friendly atmosphere where the staff were more than happy to help with everything from booking excursions, telling us places to visit or booking us a taxi, nothing was too much trouble. The food from the menu was delicious. The hotel was clean, tidy and above expectations. We checked out at 11, but were invited back by the staff for lunch and to use the swimming pool for as long as we wanted. We would definintely recommend this hotel. We'll definitely be going back to this hotel.

They're very friendly and you feel like you're part of their family already! I'm travelling alone and it's my first time to be in greece and so far it's been perfect! You don't feel alone at all! :) it's like being with friends and having a good time! It's a place where pretentions do exist. :)

Beautifull place, very nice and polite stuff, delicious food, rooms are also quite ok, but when u go to relax, you spend only few hours per day in your room, so it doesn't make a difference I think. Everything was so perfect in good price (all inxlusive) I think really it is the best place I've ever been:) own swimming pool, sea 300m from hotel, bus stop, market in a hotel (even if it is closed for example in the midnighdt, very nice woman in the reception, with beautifull smile can open it and give u want u need) aaaa...perfect holiday:)

Futura Hotel provides its guests with the opportunity to create a holiday they will never forget. The staff is friendly and eager to make you feel at ease and at home and simultaneously know enough about the island to suggest other places to visit.

The location of the hotel is ideal for both relaxation and fun. A beach and pool are at your feet and if you chose to rent a car or take use public transport other beaches and beautiful sites are easily and quickly accessible.

What I personally enjoyed the most was the company of Jonathan and Nicholas at the bar. After long days at the beach and strolls in the graphic old port of Chania my friends and I would return to the hotel and enjoy freshly squeezed juices and cocktails at the hotel.

Futura hotel undeniably offered me a holiday I will never forget. I cannot wait to come back!
