Stayed here for 5 nights. Loved the accommodation, huge private garden and good sized pool which was so refreshing in the hot weather. The apartments have no air con but due to the thick stone walls don't need it as it always cool inside. The style of the decor/furniture is great and manages to fit in with the old nature of the building very well. There is maid service everyday and the place is kept spotless.
Manolis the owner was very helpful whenever we needed anything, but also left us to it apart from that so we had no intrusions to privacy. He also gave us some very good recommendations for food. I liked having all the fresh produce, fruit etc for breakfast and snacking on each day.
This place feels like it's in the middle of nowhere when you're there but it's great that the amenities and sights of Chania are so close by. We ate in the town each night and took a taxi in and out the first couple of times (5-10 min journey). We then changed to walking in to town early evening which at a good pace took about 40 mins and then took a taxi back.
