Is 15 minutes walking from the Port and if you pay a taxi from there, it's around 8€. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Don't forget to ask the A/C remote control in the front desk.
This hotel is a good choice when you arrive late at night from the Greek islands and for the price is a very good option.

We stayed one night, arriving Pireus in a strike-day. Our only problem was the mosqitoes, and a bit of a street noise. We had to sleep with open terrace-door because of non-funtion AC. (Nobody told us that the thermostate was a fake, and that we had to get a remote-control in the reception). Apart from that, the hotel is a short walk from the harbour, just leave through gate 10, walk across the main street, three streets straight ahead, and you find it 50m to the right. Another short walk to the yacht-harbour with a lot of nice restaurants.

I did not eventually stay at the hotel. I made a booking at the hotel for one nuight but my flight was delyed by several hours, so I no longer needed the room. Although according the cancellation policy I was supposed to pay one night fare, the hotel management understood the situation and did not charge me at all. I really appreciate their attitude and will definitely stay there if I ever need to stay in Piraeus.
