The people at reception were incredibly rude. We were not given the room we asked for and were put in separate rooms at opposite ends of the building. Very noisy kids sat in the hall drinking into the night and no effort was made to tell them to be quiet.
They refused to book us a taxi. We did not feel safe walking down the dodgy street at dinner time, let alone at 5am with our heavy bags. We were forced to do this in the end, however, as the woman at reception would not ring a taxi company and pretty much insulted us for asking and for insinuating that her neighbourhood was unsafe.
For young women traveling alone or together, stay in a safer part of town. One positive is that it's clean and is close to the Monastriaki metro which leads to the airport and Piraeus Port. We loved Athens, except for this place. Pay a bit more and stay elsewhere!
